Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is committed to maintaining all consumers’ trust, and the integrity of personally identifiable information provided to CSII. For this reason, we maintain the following privacy policy.
Disclosure
CSII will never sell, rent, or exchange any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party. CSII will not use, transfer or disclose your personal information to anyone outside of CSII, unless your authorization is received, except in regard to your service provider's instructions, as required by law, or as necessary to protect the property, interests, and rights of CSII.
Security
CSII takes all reasonable precautions to protect information sent via CSII’s website both on-line and off-line. We have procedures in place to protect the loss, disclosure, destruction, misuse, or alteration of your personal information collected. CSII has security policies in place for data storage and secure data destruction, encryption and masking mechanisms to ensure that personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle such and who have authorization to access. All CSII’s employees with access to personal information are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their employment contract with CSII. CSII may collect the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, government assigned identifiers, banking information as required to process payment when providing our collection services.
CSII may capture your personal information as a result of speaking with you or your service provider may have provided the information to CSII as part of CSII’s contractual business relationship with that service provider. In addition, you may have provided your information via CSII’s website, which could include the employment application process.
Unless you do not consent, CSII will use your personal information for the purpose of processing your payment transaction, or to contact you in regard to a balance owed to CSII or your service provider. In order to process your payment, CSII will utilize your checking account information provided to complete the transaction you are authorizing. This information will not be shared with any other entity unless where a release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or is requested by an agency for governmental investigative purposes or governmental proceedings.

Should CSII implement changes to our privacy policy; we will post those changes via CSII’s Privacy Policy located on our website. Customers are encouraged to review our privacy policy regularly to apprise themselves of such changes.
If you have received any electronic communications, it means you expressed interest in receiving updates about the solutions, services, and other news from CSII via email. If you no longer want updates, please follow the opt-out instructions included on the electronic communication.
